hello Lurdes
as mrsD has explained, these questions have been answered here over and over by our members, so I would suggest going back over the many replies to felipe's questions and also ask him to show you the PM replies
I really do feel our members have tried hard to give as many answers as possible to these repeated questions and so best that this thread that just goes over the same things again be locked for now
we hope felipe will find relief from pain and that the New Year brings health and happiness
