Hi Bobber, Nice to hear from you. I'm sorry about the veins. If you go to the pictures, several look like what you describe. Circulation is one of our problems and swelling, as this is an autonomic disorder. Low salt is good, and my dr. says drink a lot of water. I've responded best to water therapy, swimming, Water needs to be 86 degrees. Do you have a Y? Some gyms are very reasonable for membership. elevating legs is good too.
