Hi, Have you ever tried a tinted moisturiser instead of Foundation? Olay do a good one. Avon also do a product called Magix Face Perfector. It goes on with a little sponge and gives a good base for make-up. I just bought it recently. I'm sure the USA Avon will be much the same as here in Scotland. Hope that helps. Take care x
