Firm, pillow top, memory foam topper. Humidifier and air cleaner going, eye drops or lube every few hours, except for the intermittent night when I go 6 hours solid sleeping.
I get horrible nightmares from melatonin. Won't touch the stuff any more.
A serious case of RLS, as well. Use pramipexole, and no, nothing else works. Tried it all.
