I'm so sorry for your pain and anxiety.

It is possible to have constant headache after a TBI. That's my situation, three years post injury. Sometimes it's worse than others. I really hate it when it feels like somebody is trying to drive a spike through my temple.

Your concern seems to be that the headache is growing worse rather than better. Is it possible that something has changed to cause this flair?

If I ever knew your details, I've forgotten them. (Yeah, big surprise. lol) How long ago were you hurt? Are you on any meds for headache? Have you started to take any meds, like tegretol, that have headache as a side effect? As you started to feel better, did you resume activities that might have triggered headache like too vigorous exercise, sleeping less, drinking alcohol, etc...? Has something stressful happened recently in your life?

As I said, headache flairs aren't uncommon in PCS. However, if you have any concern it all, I always think it's best to consult a doctor. Better safe than sorry.

Cheers
