Hi, I have had some degree of headache for 8 years now. They are caused by either: tiredness, over exercising, tension and noise. The over exercising head is the absolute worst, it feels like my forehead is going to explode - blood pressure headaches are not unsimilar and I usually end up having injections for the pain - usually an antiinflamotory works. I have found that tramadol doesn't work - the only time I have been totally pain free was in hospital and on morphine - that was when I was admitted for blood pressure crisis. When I stop to think about what kind of headache I have I find that I often feel like I am frowning behind my eyes.
Your headaches sound unusual - have you bumped your head again recently in a different way to before? I think you should see your doctor.
