Default Welcome

Hi,

I feel sorry for your situation. I hope it will get better in the near future.

Make all the nosie you can. I encourage you to speak out like you're doing. You've already lost a battle sounds like, but the war ain't over till it's over.

If it's any consolation to you, try to outlive him. You will still draw his SS after he's dead and gone.

You may have been entitled to 1/2 retirement funds.

Don't know about your entitlement to Social Security Disability benefits under his SS??????

Are you wanting to set aside the divorce decree or just get your 1/2?

Attorneys can be sued for malpractice, although you will need to find an attorney to file the complaint... in KY, that is.

I've seen some pretty ugly family matters get dragged through the court system. Not pretty. Brings out the worst in some people.
