Does anyone "get a break" from their ailments during a dream session??

Hi I am new to the group, I have had RSD for almost 9 years and I have pain in my dreams every night well the nights I sleep well enough to dream. I have just kinda made it a part of the fight, dream and wake I dont let the pain stop me.
