Last year I did just that. I started putting ME first and it is great.

Now my family is much better about it.
This year I am working on something for myself again (aren't I the selffish one?). I'm learning how to eat properly. And not just with utensils.

I'm learning what is good for me to eat, how much to eat and how to eat in moderation. Changes that will stick with me for the long haul. I started this in December and so far so good.
