Default pain creme
My RSD /PM doc at USC uses a compounded PLO creme with the following:
10% Ketamine, 10% Ketabrufen, 2% Baclofen, 10% Lidocaine. It needs to be compounded in a PLO creme. It is wonderful and amazing.
