Hi Everybody!
I had an exercise incident today.

I decided to take the stairs at work from the 3rd floor up to the 9th. I got up there and found the door locked so I had to go down all nine flights to the first floor (the only door where exits are allowed.)
I have to figure a way to do it with my break and lunch time so I can get a stair workout in during the day.

I'll report back tomorrow and let you all know how it works.

(I better pack my sneakers and use them on my lunch break.)
