It's a great article and really helped me understand my lifelong (and somewhat unconscious) need to construct mechanisms to cope with anxiety. When PD hit, it destroyed my coping mechanisms (job, family, health) that kept me anxiety free. My job now is to tame the beast again by rebuilding a healthy lifestyle!

Thanks for a post to the entire magazine - more food for thought!
