my kids, family and girlfreind are very supportive not so the ex-spouse ( divorced long before the accident) - have been on accident benefits since the accident about 40% of wages - now insurance company wants me to see their doctors - very nervous about that - for sure - but maybe they can help?
that why I am at a loss for help and I appreciate it all

I am 2 years post injury and struggle with many of the same issues as your self . just talk it through with someone who understands the system you find your self in. and can give you good advice, for your long term support
unfortunately many on the payment side will seek to reduce there cost
so trust in god but tie up your camel and proceed with caution
