Night before last I did about 20 minutes in the workout room at the hotel. I used the recumbant bike, the stairmaster and the treadmill (ran on that while I held on.) That one was my favorite because I could increase the incline and make it harder.
The next three weeks I'm taking my swimsuit because they have a small pool to swim in.

I only saw others using it once so hopefully that will be the case when I go back. I'll be there three days next week and four days each of the last two weeks of my job training.
Today I'm getting the accounting finished for the office and the old company but I hope to do Pilates tomorrow, especially the one for the abs.
