tight isobars (winds) with intersecting fronts (Lows mostly); arctic air moving from north to south or west to east; sudden shifts in humidity; 24 hours before a thunderstorm or tornado event.

Falls:

Even minor ones... like just a couple hours ago I slipped on some black ice in my driveway. I think I hit the left side of my head on the side of my car then landed on my rt hand, elbow and butt. I can feel every surgery site, old rib fractures... and my head hurts. I'm gonna hurt tomorrow!
