Have i missed my window of opportunity? I started with RSD in entire arm-had scs trial but even though it helped i was afraid of making the wrong decision. SCS only works on sympathetic mediated pain(smp) and not on symp. indep.pain(sip). My Dr. still says it will help lessen the pain but not to the extent that it would have before spreading. I have read dont do surgery once it is sip because it can cause spread-but it already has spread. Now my meds have been changed again and i wait. momof4
