it'll be easier to figure it out after we know what email program or site you are using.
Jo:

I found it VERY odd that I don't get blue hyperlinks in my verizon webmail. I just phoned them up. First they wanted to do a remote hosting. I said "why on earth would I let you take over my computer, I can follow directions, just tell me how to do this'. The guy said "No, I have to get you a more advanced person", and he switches me to another department who announced that I DON'T PAY FOR ADVANCED SERVICES.

Whereupon I was then switched back to regular tech support, got yet another person, who I explained my problem to and he said "open up an Internet Explorer Browser and see if it works using that one, if it does, then it's your Mozilla". I hung up too fast. I should have kept him on the phone.

I opened up Internet Explorer and the mail was exactly the same, no BLUE HYPERLINKS.

so how on earth do I get my blue hyperlinks back.

And if you think I'm the only one, just google this subject. I'm not alone.
