Hi Niki, I am so very sorry you have the burning in your eyes. About 13 years ago, I had laser eye surgery on a Trial. After a couple of years, it was OK'd for the US. It was for long distance. I remember after I left the eye Dr. , my eyes started burnin-torturous burn. My husband called the eye Dr. and we went straight to pharmacy to get eye drops. It saved me. I gather from someone else, that can't be permanent as it damages the eye in the long run.
I have a friend who is an excellent eye surgeon in Seattle, and will ask him. Before I did the trial study for laster distance, I went to seattle to see him and he agreed I would be perfect canidate for it. He is now doing the procedure himself.
