I'm very sorry for what you are going through. I do wonder how people can just walk out on a marriage like it was nothing.

A friend of mine went through this in May of last year. After 12 years her husband walked off and left her. She had no ideal. She had to close up her antique shop, let her home go, and find a job.

You might want to go to Social Services and see what help you can get and then if you haven't put in for your Social Security or SSI. I know it's going to be hard to focus on keeping yourself going financially because of the heartbreak and depression this is going to cause you, but you have to keep going.
