a very helpful coping technique my son was taught when he would have bad anxiety/panic was to verbalize the problem while breathing
ie he would say out loud while doing deep breaths:
"Breathe in faith:breathe out doubt" "Breathe in peace:breath out worry"
sounds trivial but I was amazed at how it helped him
praying you will feel the peace of God that passes all understanding
