Welcome to Neurotalk. Check it out and get to know the people. I have been here for maybe 2 months and I look forward to peeking in as many times as I can daily.
The people are great and you can just browse, learn or participate and offer advise or opinions, there are fun things to join in on and if you have a question; don't be afraid to ask.
We all have something in common and sometimes that plays a big factor in making it through the tough days. Just knowing that you are not alone can be quite therapeutic.
I hope you enjoy this site as much as I do. Feel free to vent the good and the bad. Most people can relate on some level and will be happy to be of support.
The longer I am here the more I feel part of the family, so don't get discouraged. Just like meeting any new friends, there is always the awkward beginning but it passes quickly and before you know it you have found a safe haven to come to.
