Have you had any upper back trouble? There are some minor back injuries that can cause nausea like you mention. Years ago, I injured my back splitting firewood and it messed up my GI system for weeks. When you hit your head on the drawer, you may have also twisted your back in response. I was not highly symptomatic from the back injury. Lust a little stiff.
A chiropractic or Physical Therapist may be helpful.
Also, are you taking any SSRI meds? They can cause intermittent nausea. Mine do.
You might also try a probiotic/prebiotic program to get your GI into proper function.
