I think I am going to have to try to cut the miralax in half and see if that helps. Level of bloat/uncomfortableness is not tolerable especially when I am at school. However it does help things work more smoothly and that level of pain has improved. Called Doctor's office for advice; waiting to hear back. Deb, How much benefiber are you taking.?
