Arrow When Law Prevents Righting a Wrong!

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/04/we...ptak.html?_r=1

will this news story be able to right wrongs? -

will this nytimes articles will open the flood gates for PD patients who have been denied the GDNF,
will it open the liberties for woman who have had the lives stolen from them
because they have become disabled and exhusbands have replaced them with new wives, and new homes and new lives
leaving the mother or the father of their own children in the poor house,
because they discriminate against our DNA,
they took a vow -which they have decided to break, till death do us part turns into - I dont want to deal with my wife or husbands illness, so lets just dump them off with the family of which they were born?
leaving them with their mothers who are in the 70's or 80's...
or being so cruel to the wife, they physically and mentally scare you and because of your illness,
the judge is more concerned with law then making a moral decision?
old laws in the United State's that discriminate against women still exist!
please read this article...

Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant with the weak and the wrong. Sometime in your life you will have been all of these.
