Potassium supplementation needs to be monitored with serum potassium levels....too much potassium can produce a lethal arrhythmia.
Dilaudid is mighty powerful pain medication. I wonder if you are having any interdose withdrawal?
I can't comment too much on your situation, other than to say, I went thru a stage of severe cramping. It stopped now. I have autoimmune issues.
