Your schedule sounds familiar. You sound to be more prone to out of the house activity than me.

I don't have the head ache problems but instead have a myriad of meaningless reasons from dozing off during the day.

I can be watching an informative show on satellite TV and wake up hours later. It can be frustrating to not finish an informative show. My mind never gets to finish understanding, or trying to understand, something new.

So, I would suggest you are in good company. Surviving for another day is just about it for many of us.
