It becomes difficult to think clearly. Sometimes it feels like I could almost have a seizure, but that's speculation because I've never had one. My muscles also get very twitchy.

Since fluorescent lights are everywhere, it really limits my life. I've had to quit working (I was a teacher), and can't go to most stores, church, and many restaurants.

Anybody here have this? Any ideas for how to fix it or deal with it?

Thanks!!!! Amy

Hi Amy:

welcome

I did a google search on your symptoms and came up with the following:

http://www.businessweek.com/the_thre..._sees_the.html

Also, there is a syndrome called Irlen Syndrome that you might want to read up on. It seems that there are people who are very very sensitive to Fluorescent lighting.

just Google Irlen Syndrome and see if it applies to you.

And keep posting. Best of luck hon.
