Dear Ada,
You really are doing great under the circumstances. It is very normal to be sad. With medical issues it's hard to put one foot in front of the other, you are doing that. Make sure you take of yourself. We are so weak anyway, and when something traggic happens you are really at high risk for your health getting worse.

Even without the loss of my husband I get sad but I give it my best shot not to stay their. My mom died several years ago. I had to help my father alot, he didn't know how to hard boil a egg.

If I was you, I would not make any major desisions until I 100% put everything in proper perspective. I would also take one problem at a time, do not feel overwelmed, this is probally easier said. I have heard people say one day at a time but sometimes it can be 5 minutes at a time.

I have also heard the first year is the roughest. You will never forget him but it will get easier. The mighty one takes the most beautiful people for his garden.

Ada, you are hanging in their great. Big Huge Hugs, Roz
