I just stumbled across your post here, (I don't think many people pay attention to the depression forum, I don't know why). I don't know what advice I can give, maybe you could try getting councelling if you're not already. Until then just try to distract yourself, watch a movie, read a book; you'll come to terms with it eventually. Everyone has to go through this in their lives.
