Both new pain meds seem to be helping me somewhat, I have an allergy to codine and was waiting for the itching to start but no adverse reactions last night or this afternoon so I think I'll be fine with it.. I have had a headache both times taking it but hopefully it won't be a problem

Tramacet is like Ultram except that it has paracetamol with tramadol hydrochloride instead of acetaminophen, or so I have read.
They don't make the pain go away just a bigger edge off it.. *sigh* I am however grateful for what ever helps.
