Affordable and not a HEATING insole which may burn you, but only reflects your own body heat back to you.
This is the same stuff NASA uses, and also I have in pet mats for my cats. (they stay warm naturally).
I have noticed in myself, that burning always follows cold feet. Keeping them from getting too cold, will avoid the burning when they warm up.
I have a little heater under my computer now, which is working well for me.
