Even though the generic name for Ultram is tramadol.... Ultracet and tramacet must be two different things.

tramacet must be available in Canada, and Ultracet in the US.

When I looked up Ultracet at medicinenet.com it says "tramadol, 37.5 mg and acetaminophen, 325 mg."

Perhaps there is a tramacet available here, just that medicinet does not have it on their site.

Just wanted to clarify for anyone in US who is taking Ultracet that it is listed as having acetaminophen.
