Default I don't think folks have responded because...

IT could be due to about a couple of hundred differrent medical problems?
What you really need to do is sit down with either your GP or your gyn and get a full workup. At your age, you mite be entering menopause and if so? The thyroid could be shutting down, or diabetes or ear nerve problems or ??? Well, you get what I mean.
IF it is menopause? or thyroid? There are treatments and meds that can and DO HELP! So please don't delay - make your appt. and let us all know what happens! Silly tho it seems? Just going to the doc and talking about this all can be a help!
Hint tho? I try an make my doc appts for as early in the morning as they make them...that way you don't have to wait in the backlog-you can be the cause of the backlog! Also? IF the doc gets calls during your appt? Let him/her go out of the room and address them...remember it could be YOU that's the emergency some time in the future.
OH! The other benefit of getting early AM doc appts? Is IF you prepare and 'fast'-not eat, they or the lab can take LOTS of blood to do workups on right away! So bring a thermos cup or soda and leave it in your car to slurp up once you're done! Just be prepared and drink LOTS of water the day before-it makes it easier to get those blood samples.
Don't panic yet...and get to work on finding out what is going on!
Good things and hope to you and soon! -j
