that is insanity, plain ole insanity!

in nyc, if a store owner opens a door of an air conditioned store during hot summer days, they are fined for wasting energy, Im sure something along those lines must be true about someone running a thermostat at 76 degrees during cold months.
gotta be an agency that would fine that place for wasting all that energy
