the previous x-ray Dx......
Emphysema ...
.but no tumors, adenopathy
(whatever that is 
) or other problems noted
Doc says
"..but you need to work on the smoking" 
Duh ?
Easier said than done.
I know - I've quit before... tortures from He!!
