When I first heard this "thumping" I was laying on the couch, resting from a 16 hour day at work and thought one of my cats was on the back of the couch scratching and his foot was hitting the back of the couch (that's what the sound sounded like). Well it wasn't. It was me. Do you also experience occipital headaches? Another blessing in my menopausal (or should I say--mentalpausal) years.
