Oh, I really think soaking in epsom salts would help.
This will open up the circulation for you. Use only lukewarm water, and soak at least 1/2 hr.
2-3 oz in a pan of water, or 6-8 oz in a bathtub, filled about 10in.
You might be surprised how easy and effective this is.
If you get some relief this way, then I'd suggest you take some oral magnesium as well. I have a thread on the subject of how to choose a good one, and why magnesium works.
