That was how I found out I got it. It would give you a clue. Also children at age 4 are too YOUNG FOR MEDICATION. What were they thinking? I think first grade age like 6 or 7 will ok. But it depends on what medicine it is. And what it does to the child. There needs to be extra care when it comes to these matters.
