Wow,

This was freaking !!!

I dont think Ive ever had a mixed state before !! just, depression and mania... This was horrendous !!!

Phew... and it lasted like 2 days... horrible.

Im feeling little better... Im taking vitamins and minerals... and, I feel less paranoid...

I know I need help... and hope to get it soon
