This website has the 84 causes of that rash.

Some say its an autoimmune thing, and others say its a blood clot disorder. Some say diet issues such a celieac or herpetaformis rash which indicates a gluten intolerance. The reasons why this can happen is a wide array of things. it does require investigation! please dont ignore it.
