My Friend who had to stop Comtan because his tremor became so bad has now been asked to take 200mg of Comtan with each dose of 12.5/50 Sinemet (5-6 times a day).
Apparently he is supersensitive to Sinemet and therefore has problems with gait and the dystonia of the left toes is also apparently because of that - so he needs to make the most of his Sinemet. So the Entacapone.
I don't know what to think - here we are talking about a man who had trouble with 100mg A.M.+100mg P.M, and now he is being asked to take 200mg X 5/6 times.
Is this how Staleve works?
