Hi everyone. Hope your ok. Just dropping in to say high while my meds kick in as its 1.26 am here. I'm trying to get more active and loose some weight never easy Tried the Atkins diet once cold never do it again to restrictive. Love you all. Jackie xxxxxxxxxxxx
