Good afternoon, everyone...I've been lurking a bit...reading all posts, but can't remember a darn thing posted...I went for my 12 week post op checkup...and I've been released!! Yahoo!! I can exercise, swim, and other stuff DH is thrilled beyond belief...I went out to look the pond over, and the heater had gone off The circuit breaker had been tripped, but it won't stay off...so I plugged an extension cord in and we'll see if the heater works after a couple of hours...poor fishies...My senate candidate for Illinois didn't win in the primary* I hate holding my nose when I vote...he was one of the honest ones...We're going to have my inlaws over for their anniversary this weekend. 66 years...my gosh, I can't imagine living with someone that long...I'm going to make one of their favorites that they never get anymore...cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, and sweet corn. Simple enough...then we'll play cards...it gets them out of their place for an evening, and they don't have to worry about spilling down the front (FIL) or trying to interprete what we're saying by lip reading (MIL), at least in a public place.
