I can't address the brain aneurysm symptoms, because I don't have experience with them, but I do know that one type
of hereditary problem can lead to aneurysms.
It is called Marfan's syndrome.

This is a hereditary error of collagen formation. Any other hereditary cause would most likely affect the collagen of the arteries.
