You know you do not have to hit your head to get a concussion? Jolts to other parts of the body can cause the head to sort of whip forward and back (whiplash). The brain inside the skull will then crash into the inside of the skull. If you hurt your neck, the chances are good that you could have gotten another concussion. The symptoms sound right as well. Concussions do not show up on CTs either.
