Thanks Beth - the lymph specialist decided to not do a biopsy as they felt it was nothing to worry about. I was checked all over for any other lumps and all is ok.

I havent had any more bumps since starting the thread - it does seem strange to me that when they do appear, it is on my TOS side! So i think that is more than likely the cause......but im not dr of course! If they come back then will look further into lymph drainage - have tried the suggestions given so maybe that has helped a bit anyway!
