So sorry your having so many symptoms and no explanation for the causes. I do know what it feels like to not have insurance. I don't know if you would qualify for medicade...?
My husband has MS and he has some of the symptoms you have but also they could be connected to so many other ailments.
My prayers are with you hoping you can find answers soon...
