Over time Nexium will decrease stomach acid and affect these nutrients, which require acid for absorption:

B12
Folate
Magnesium
Calcium
Iron
Zinc

The B12 you place under the tongue mostly dissolves in your saliva and is swallowed. I wouldn't count on much being absorbed. So take it on an EMPTY STOMACH so that it can bypass the nonacidic stomach and be passively absorbed in the intestine. Food will hinder this type of absorption.

400 B12 is the cut off... lowest acceptable reading. So taking extra is a good idea. You have no idea how much B12 you have in your spinal fluid or stored in your liver. So taking extra is good insurance.

When you soak your feet in warm water, add epsom salts to it.
It can help. 2-3 oz of powder to a large pan, or 4-6oz in a tub.
Soak for at least 20 min to a 1/2 hour. NO hot or cold water, lukewarm is best for this. Warm water response suggests you have some circulation problems. Do you smoke?
