You might be able to have Verizon test your modem or connections.
a new modem probably has to come from Verizon.

Well, so far, as of last night, everything is nice and green (all four lights), on the modem. No problems like what happened.
I've been on the internet for a while. No problems.
I never thought that they guys could have changed any settings. How do I check to see the settings about the modem?
Any clue?
