Hi ilovecosmos,

When I said 50,000 for both upper and lower...... I was referring to just the implants, not the dentures. That's why I asked if your dentist quoted you 50,000 for the implants and the dentures.......which if he did that would have been less than the usual fee.

So 50,000 for one arch of dental implants and one full implant retained denture is in the ballpark of the average going rate.

Incredibly expensive, I know. I can tell you that the dental lab costs are in the many thousands of dollars for these type cases and anything that has to be redone or touched up is another lab bill for the dentist which is not passed onto the patient. But still, the thought of 50,000 for a set of teeth is mind boggling!
